We’d rather find out than take a good guess. Every project has a window where changing your mind is still cheap: while the answer is still a conversation, before anything is built. That’s where we put the work: reading the numbers, talking to the people who’ll actually use it, testing the idea while being wrong costs nothing.

Work reaches us three ways: hired, shared with a partner, or started by us. The last one is a choice we made on purpose, and we’d make it again.
